Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project applicant, City of Bakersfield. The applicant proposes the removal of all previously deposited spoil piles within the river channel, and recontouring of the channel to original slope. All work will occur in naturally dry channel conditions, and no trees will be removed during Project implementation. Equipment that will be used during this Project include: track-type dozer and track-type excavator.
