Document Description
The purpose of the proposed Plan Amendment is to modify and/or extend certain provisions of the adopted Redevelopment Plan. Such provisions include: (1) extending the Agency's eminent domain authority, which expired in 1998, with the provision that such authority will not be used to acquire property on which any persons reside; (2) extending the time limit to establish debt; and (3) revising the schedules related to the preparation of various plans and studies.
