Construction of a 60,000 square foot office facility for the Southeast Bakersfield Service Center. The project will be constructed of nine acres of undeveloped property in conformance with the County of Kern General Plan, Casa Loma Specific Plan and applicable zoning. The main purpose of the Service Center is to provide a "one-stop" facility for employment related services including aid to unemployed and underemployed persons in the community.
