1. Ordinance for Zone Change RZ09-012 to rezone two parcels totaling 34.5+- acres from C-K (Commercial Recreation) to C-K;PD (Commercial Recreation: Planned Unit Development Combining) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code. 2. Planned Unit Development Permit PUD08-006 to amend the existing Development Agreement for Yosemite Pines Recreation Vehicle Park to include: -181 full-service (water, power, propane, sewer, cable, wi-fi) recreational vehicle sites which allow for either the placement of park model recreational vehicle units licensed and approved by the California Department of Housing and Community Development as recreational vehicle units or customer owned drive-up recreational vehicles. -Currently existing yurts (15' diameter x 15' high) on 8 of the 191 RV sites. -Currently existing sleeping cabins (12'x12') on 2 of the 181 RV sites. -Two 8' x 40' screened storage units. (1 being relocated) -20 tent camping sites. -Permanent hook up to Groveland Community Services District (GCSD) water supply. -Discontinued use of wells #1 and #2 - reserving the right to reuse these wells for domestic water. -Petting farm (currently home to donkeys, goats, sheep, alpacas, chickens, and rabbits).
