Document Description
CDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2014-0126-R5) to the project applicant, Sweetwater Authority. The project proposes to remove accumulated sediment, vegetation, and detritus from detention ponds and forebays constructed in 1990 as part of the Urban Runoff Diversion System, and reestablish freshwater marsh habitat in the same areas.
