The 84-mile transmission corridor passes through open space and agricultural land
PG&E proposes to construct and operate an 84-mile 500 kV transmission line between its Los Banos and Gates Substations. The project includes electrical upgrades at both substations and electrical improvements between the Gates and Midway Substations.
