Document Description
This Amendment makes no specific changes to the ITP as originally issued. Rather, this Amendment incorporates clarifying language regarding the merged management of the Habitat Management lands and the merged endowment account which will fund the management of the Habitat Management (HM) lands, and to describe responsibilities and liabilities with respect to the HM lands. The Project-related impacts tot he Covered Species remain the same. This project involved the development of 83 acres with 161 residential lots and associated infrastructure improvements and preservation of open space along the White Fox Creek corridor. The project resulted in impacts to 69.94 acres of habitat for CA tiger salamander, which is designated as a threatened species under the CESA. CDFW is issuing the Amendment to the ITP referenced above as a responsible agency under the CEQA.
