The applicants are requesting approval of Final Site Plan and Planned Development application on a 20.02 acre parcel in the PD-O (Planned Development-Recreation) Zone for the establishment of a motel (48 rooms) and manager's office/living quarters, including future motel wings or cabins (for approximately 30 units) on the east side of the Highway and a future owner's residence on the west side of the Highway covering approximately 3 acres of the entire site.
