Document Description
The proposed project consists of an Amended and Restated Land Exchange Agreement for the Exchange of Real Property between the South Orange County Community College District (SOCCCD or District) and the County of Orange and a ground lease agreement between the same two parties for the lease land. The Amended Exchange Agreement would among other terms described further in the Project Description section, amend the previously approved and executed Exchange Agreement's terms and processes associated with the exchange of the ultimate ownership of land within the former Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Tustin, an area now referred to as "Tustin Legacy." The approved Exchange Agreement permitted the exchange of the ultimate ownership of two sites, of 10 acres each, between the SOCCCD and the County.
