Document Description
The project is a proposal to expand the size of an existing surface mine and reclamation plan from the existing 13.05 acres to a total of approximately 32.8 acres. The mining operation anticipates continuing to extract approximately 50,000 tons of sand per year for the following 20 to 25 years. The reclamation plan anticipates revegetation to take place at five year intervals as the mining operation is completed at predetermined sections of the site.
