Document Description
Rancho Cielo consists of 2,815 acres in north San Diego County, within a portion of the San Dieguito Planning Area. A recreational area was approved in a previously approved Tentative Map (TM527R), at the intersection of Via Ambiente and Calle Ambiente. However, a major use permit was required for the construction of this facility. The proposed project consists of details for this recreational facility. The facilities include a Junior-Olympic sized swimming pool and spa; two tenis courts; children's play areas; four private event/lounge areas; a fitness center; and office space. All off-site utilities supporting this Recreational Center have been previously installed.
