For this Project, replacement lighting facilities would be constructed on the same site as the existing lighting facilities at the Clovis West campus, and the replacement lighting facilities will have the same purpose as the existing facilities of providing athletic lighting for the health, safety, and well-being of users of the athletic facilities during low-light conditions.
