The Permittee proposes to replace an existing corrugated metal pipe (CMP) culvert will with a 40’ x 36” reinforced concrete pipe (RCP). The diameter of the new pipe was sized to pass the peak discharge of the 100-year storm event for the associated watershed. A trench will be excavated across the road to expose the full length of the existing pipe. The existing pipe will be removed as well as the flume structure beyond the outlet. The new pipe will be installed and backfilled with compacted Class II aggregate base. Due to possible scour at the outlet, energy dissipaters will be constructed. Dissipaters will consist of a 12’L x 14’W rock slope protection (RSP) outlet apron. An 8’ high concrete headwall will be installed at the outlet and at the inlet to prevent erosion and future damage.",https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/2022080379,"Storm Damage Repair, Peachland Road (Notification of Lake or Streambed Alteration, EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MEN-17140-R1C)",Jennifer Garrison,California Department of Fish & Wildlife,Senior Environmental Scientist Specialist,jennifer.garrison@wildlife.ca.gov,32330 North Harbor Drive,,Fort Bragg,CA,95430,7074777792,39°2'54.1"N 123°22'26"W,Booneville,Mendocino,Mendocino,approximately 4 miles northeast of Boonville,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Categorical Exemption,"Class 2 California Code of Regulations, title 14, section 15302","The project consists of replacement or reconstruction of existing structures and facilities where the new structure will be located on the same site as the structure replaced and will have substantially the same purpose and capacity as the structure replaced.",,,,,,,,,,,,
