The Project is limited to impacts to 14 unnamed ephemeral drainages from the extension and/or reconstruction of the existing culvert crossings associated with the widening of the median and shoulders along Gilman Springs Road. The Streambed Alteration Agreement is being issued regarding the Project’s impacts to fish and wildlife resources subject to Fish and Game Code section 1600 et seq. and associated compensatory mitigation requirements. The Project will temporarily impact 0.628 acres and permanently impact 0.591 acres of fish and wildlife resources pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1600 et seq. To compensate for temporary impacts to 0.628 acres of fish and wildlife resources subject to Fish and Game Code section 1600 et seq., the Project Applicant will restore 0.628 acres onsite.
