The proposed project would require the demolition and off-haul of the former marina, which is currently moored in Lake San Antonio, the removal and/or relocation of existing fuel infrastructure at the Lynch Site, and the installation of a new marina and fuel infrastructure at Harris Creek. The proposed 50-slip marina would enable campers to moor their boats overnight and would provide an on-water fueling source for boaters at Lake San Antonio. A new 12,000-gallon fuel tank would be installed in the northeast corner of the upper parking lot with an aboveground fuel line connecting to the marina. The proposed marina would also include a small retail store, built on the dock, for non-alcoholic drinks, fishing tackle, watersports equipment, and boat supplies. New water and electrical lines would be installed to serve the new retail store. A landscaped walkway would be constructed along the existing boat launch ramp to provide pedestrian access between the parking area and the marina gangway.",https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/2022010229,Lake San Antonio South Shore Marina Project,Nathan Merkle,"County of Monterey Department of Public Works, Facilities & Parks",Administrative Operations Manager,MerkleN@co.monterey.ca.us,"1441 Schilling Place, 2nd Floor",,Salinas,CA,93901,8317555462,35°48'33"N 120°56'17"W,,Monterey,,"Interlake Road, San Antonio Road",93426,28,,101,Lake San Antonio,N/A,No,1/14/2022,2/14/2022,Recreational,,"Aesthetics, Agriculture and Forestry Resources, Air Quality, Biological Resources, Cultural Resources, Cumulative Effects, Drainage/Absorption, Energy, Flood Plain/Flooding, Geology/Soils, Greenhouse Gas Emissions, Hazards & Hazardous Materials, Hydrology/Water Quality, Land Use/Planning, Mandatory Findings of Significance, Mineral Resources, Noise, Population/Housing, Public Services, Recreation, Septic System, Sewer Capacity, Solid Waste, Transportation, Tribal Cultural Resources, Utilities/Service Systems, Vegetation, Wetland/Riparian, Wildfire",,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
