Stream crossings will be repaired by installing structures including trash racks and culverts or replaced with properly sized and placed culverts, bridges, or rocked ford crossings. Additional stream crossings will be decommissioned by removing old, poorly functioning culverts, excavating and stabilizing residual fill material, and installing cross drains to hydrologically disconnect road segments. Project descriptions and designs include Best Management Practices and assurances that construction will avoid and minimize the threat of a discharge to waters of the state and minimize impacts to the bed bank and channel. Project crossings will be constructed to the 100-year storm requirements and will reduce existing fill impacts to channels where applicable. Work is expected to begin on June 1, 2021 and all work should be complete by October 15, 2024.",https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/2021070393,Rhys Vineyards Road Network Upgrades Project,Shannon Strong,North Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board,N/A,shannon.strong@waterboards.ca.gov,5550 Skylane Blvd Ste A,,Santa Rosa,CA,95403-1072,7075762499,39°36'20.2"N 123°32'33.4"W,,Mendocino,Mendocino,6501 Branscomb Road,,,,seven miles west of Highway 101,,,,,,,,,,,Categorical Exemption,15301(c)(d)(e); 15304,"The project activities involve the repair, replacement, and minor alteration of existing roads, stream crossings, and land.",,,,,,,,,,,,
