Concessionaires currently use Lane Ranch Campground and Edison Campground for staging, which is an inconvenience for the public using the campgrounds. The concession area will be located southeast of Smith Forks Campground, northwest of Aliklik Campground, and west of Hungry Valley Road. The concession area will utilize the existing Activity Center as a foundation and will include the installation of four wooden peeler pole fences, three shade ramadas with picnic tables, and one vault toilet. The required excavation for each ramada will include four 36” x 10” (H x W) deep holes for the supports of the shade ramada. The project will include the installation of one vault toilet with odor-free vent design. The footprint dimensions of the new restroom are 14’14” x 11’11” x 9’6”, L x W x H. The required excavation for the new ABS lined sealed vault toilet will be 14’8” x 13’ x 4’4”, L x W x H. The entire project site is within the existing Open Riding area of Hungry Valley SVRA.
