The project would enable the Rodeo refinery to produce up to 55,000 bpd of renewable transportation fuels from renewable feedstocks. Once the project is operational, the Rodeo refinery would supply up to 107,000 bpd of both renewable and blended transportation fuels, including a total of 67,000 bpd of renewable fuels. The facility could also receive, blend, and ship up to 40,000 bpd of gasoline and gasoline blendstocks. Other aspects of the project include the demolition of the Rodeo Carbon Plant and the Santa Maria refinery in Arroyo Grande, CA. Additionally, Phillips 66 pipelines 100, 200, 300, and 400, located in San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Kern, Kings, Fresno, Merced, Stanislaus, San Joaquin, Alameda, and Contra Costa Counties will be decommissioned in-place, since they will no longer be necessary under the project to transport crude-based feedstocks from the Santa Maria facility to the Rodeo refinery.",https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/2020120330/6,Rodeo Renewed Project,Gary Kupp,Contra Costa County,Senior Planner,Gary.Kupp@dcd.cccounty.us,30 Muir Road,,Martinez,CA,94553,9256552871,,,Contra Costa,Contra Costa,"1380 San Pablo Ave, Rodeo, CA 94572; 2101 Franklin Canyon Rd, Rodeo, CA 94572; 2555 Willow Rd, A",,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Contra Costa County,Yes,5/3/2022,Yes,Yes,No,,Yes,Yes,Yes,Yes,"Contra Costa County Dept. of Conservation and Development, 30 Muir Road, Martinez, CA 94553"
