Containment and Treatment of Cascading Weir Odors: This project includes covering the cascading weir and capturing and routing potential foul air to the existing biofilter. 2. Consolidate and Relocate Scrubber Stack: This project will consolidate the six existing chemical scrubber stacks into one combined stack and will relocate the new combined stack 700 feet west of the existing fence line. The new consolidated stack will be 40 feet tall. The odor ducting will include either fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP), High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), or Stainless-steel ducting, whichever is determined to be the best fit for the project. 3. Future Project (if needed): After start-up and commissioning of the above project, offsite assessment should be completed to assess the need for adding a carbon polishing stage near the new stack location. Adding carbon polishing would entail adding carbon vessels with stacks and could entail adding booster fans or upsizing the new chemical scrubber fans.",https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/2020080038/2,Odor Mitigation Project,Ronald Palacios,Western Municipal Water District,N/A,rpalacios@wmwd.com,14205 Meridian Parkway,,Riverside,CA,92518,9515717124,33°55'41.67"N 117°36'13.42"W,Eastvale,Riverside,,River Road and Baron Drive,92880,58,130-040-004,91 Fwy and 15 Fwy (3 miles),Santa Ana River,Corona Municipal,No,8/10/2020,9/8/2020,Water Facilities,Site Plan,"Aesthetics, Agriculture and Forestry Resources, Air Quality, Biological Resources, Cultural Resources, Geology/Soils, Greenhouse Gas Emissions, Hazards & Hazardous Materials, Hydrology/Water Quality, Land Use/Planning, Mineral Resources, Noise, Population/Housing, Public Services, Recreation, Transportation, Vegetation, Wetland/Riparian, Wildfire, Wildlife",,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
