The proposed Project would construct a new 12-foot outside travel lane on the north side of Nees Avenue, replace failing pavement as needed, and install a Class II bicycle lane and improved sidewalk that will complete pedestrian and bicycle connectivity in the area. The proposed Project will involve earthwork, asphalt concrete paving, and installation of sidewalk, curb, curb returns and ramps, gutters, storm drain inlets, street lighting and retaining walls, and accessible pedestrian signal (APS) modifications to the street signal at Nees and Minnewawa Avenues.
