The proposed Project includes construction and operation of a 150-gross acre groundwater recharge basin and associated pumping/pipeline facilities located on APNs 189-190-10, 189-200-01, and 189-200-04. The Project is located on the boundary between AEWSD and KDWD, adjacent to KDWD’s Eastside Canal.
