The State Water Board’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project. The Project includes seismic upgrades to protect steel water reservoirs at four locations. These locations include the Devore Reservoir, Sycamore Reservoir No. 1, Del Rosa Reservoir No. 3, and Terrace Reservoir No.3. Upgrades include four primary components: 1. Installation of a series of steel bands around the portions of the reservoirs that are overstressed. Coating will be removed prior to installation and will be restored after installation. 2. Installation of a perimeter reinforced concrete ring wall foundation and anchoring of the reservoirs to prevent uplift to resist seismic forces. 3. Increase roof height and interior column height within the reservoir by adding steel plates to the top of the reservoir to prevent sloshing waves from impacting roof-framing members. 4. Modification of piping connections to the reservoirs to decrease the vulnerability of rupturing by adding flexible joints.",https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/2020040146/3,"Seismic Upgrades for Devore, Sycamore No. 1, Del Rosa No. 3, and Terrace No. 3 Reservoirs",Miguel J.
