Morrison Canyon Road, at its narrowest section, is a nine-foot-wide winding road in the City’s Hill Area, with a steep embankment on one side. Bi-directional automobile traffic has markedly increased since 2016 along this route, as evening, weekday commuters have sought to avoid traffic along Interstate 680 and/or Mission Boulevard.
