The Project includes installation of a trash capture boom with three anchor bolts in the concrete bank and the installation of a gravel access area and gate for maintenance purposes. The trash boom will be a floatation structure used to collect floatable debris and trash. The boom will be composed of approximately 5-foot lengths of 6-inch diameter floatable foam sections wrapped in polyvinyl-coated fabric. The fabric wrap will also form a 12-inch skirt below the foam sections, providing sufficient draft to prevent trash from passing beneath the boom. There will be a 5-foot gap in the skirt to allow fish to move freely upstream and downstream past the trash boom structure.",https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/2019100081/2,Citywide Trash Capture Phase 1 Stevens Creek Trash Boom (Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2018-0337-R3),Kristin Garrison,Department of Fish and Wildlife Bay Delta Region,N/A,,"2825 Cordelia Road, Suite 100",,Fairfield,CA,95434,7079445534,37.421266°'"N 122.086677°'"W,Mountain View,Santa Clara,,,,,160-04-002 and 160-04-001,,,,,,,,,,,,Categorical Exemption,"Type -Class 1; California Code of Regulations, title 14, section 15301",The Project includes minor alteration of a public structure involving negligible or no expansion of existing or former use.,,,,,,,,,,,,
