The existing sewer crossing was constructed in 1977 and is located above ground, supported by a utility bridge across the River. Two six-inch Modesto Irrigation District (MID) conduits, installed in 2003, also are supported on the bridge. The conduits provide electrical power for the WWTP. The 18-inch sewer conveys all of the wastewater from the City and is a critical asset. To improve the reliability and redundancy of the sewer system, a 3-barrel inverted siphon located below the River is proposed to replace the existing sewer crossing. The new pipeline will be approximately 0.30 linear mile approximately parallel to the existing pipeline.",https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/2019089122/2,City of Oakdale Wastewater River Crossing Replacement Project,Cody Bridgewater,City of Oakdale,N/A,,455 South Fifth Avenue,,Oakdale,CA,95361,2098453600,37°46'16.89"N -120°51'49.76"W,Oakdale,Stanislaus,,"Liberini (North Side), River Ave/North Oak Avenue and Kimball intersection (South Side)",95361,3+,"006-110-042 & 053; 063-004-036, -038, -041",120,Stanislaus River,,Yes,9/4/2019,10/3/2019,Other,,"Aesthetics, Agriculture and Forestry Resources, Air Quality, Biological Resources, Cultural Resources, Flood Plain/Flooding, Geology/Soils, Growth Inducement, Hazards & Hazardous Materials, Hydrology/Water Quality, Land Use/Planning, Mineral Resources, Noise, Public Services, Recreation, Sewer Capacity, Solid Waste, Transportation, Vegetation, Wetland/Riparian",,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
