The RES-BCT tariff allows local governments to generate up to 5 MW of electricity from a renewable energy source at one electric account and transfer bill credits to up to 50 benefiting accounts of the same local government entity. The PV solar project would assist EBMUD in meeting its goals for increasing the cost-effective use of renewable energy and reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. EBMUD has an Energy Policy goal to be carbon free for indirect emissions by 2040. The RESBCT tariff is a cost-effective opportunity to increase EBMUD use of PV solar and assist EBMUD in meeting its Energy Policy goal.",https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/2019089118/3,Duffel Photovoltaic Renewable Energy Project,Ramona Gonzalez,East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD),N/A,,375 11th Street,,Oakland,CA,94607,5102871619,37°54'12.5"N 122°12'38.2"W,Orinda,Contra Costa,,Bear Creek Road and San Pablo Dam Road,94563,20,"267030013, 267030021",State Route-24,San Pablo Creek,,No,9/3/2019,10/2/2019,Power,Use Permit,"Aesthetics, Agriculture and Forestry Resources, Air Quality, Biological Resources, Cultural Resources, Cumulative Effects, Drainage/Absorption, Flood Plain/Flooding, Geology/Soils, Hazards & Hazardous Materials, Hydrology/Water Quality, Land Use/Planning, Mineral Resources, Noise, Population/Housing, Public Services, Recreation, Schools/Universities, Septic System, Solid Waste, Transportation, Vegetation, Wetland/Riparian, Wildfire",,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
