This project will upgrade existing natural gas fueling infrastructure at a bus parking lot owned by a school district. The site is already developed (concrete) land. This project will rebuild an existing natural compressor and will replace an existing gas dryer and fast fill dispenser. The existing compressor is in an enclosure and will remain in the enclosure after being rebuilt while the new gas dryer and fast fill dispenser will be outdoors, beside the enclosure. Two concrete pads comprising approximately 50 square feet will be added to support the new dryer and dispenser. The project will involve no trenching, is not located at a hazardous waste site, is not located near any scenic highways, will not cause a change to a historical resource, will not generate noise or odors in excess of permitted levels and will not involve the removal of any trees or vegetation.
