The rock foundation has started to sink, crack and come apart were two key supports for the house and porch are. The project will consist of pouring one structural footing under the existing rock foundation, where the main support Is for the corner of the house. A second footing will be pour under the rock column that supports the porch roof. The footing will be approximately three feet wide and two feet deep. Each footing will have a structural 5/8's rebar cage. This will stabilize and prevent further sinking and separation of the foundation. The existing cracks will be repaired to resemble the original mortar color and material.
