The sewer conveyance system begins near the intersection of Avenida Manzana and Dillon Road, continues west along Dillon Road to Little Morongo Road, then south along Little Morongo Road to the WVWRF. The conveyance line consists of approximately 7,531 lineal feet of dual 12-inch polyvinylchloride (PVC) force mains and 8,923 lineal feet of 33-inch to 36-inch gravity sewer (VCP). For the conveyance line, the required trench depths and widths range from 4’ to 15’ deep and from 2’ to 4’ wide. The Area M2 collection system consists of the installation of approximately 25,260 linear feet of 4-inch gravity sewer and 17,272 lineal feet of 8-inch gravity sewer pipeline (vitrified clay), with short runs of 12-inch to 15-inch gravity sewer. The WVWRF consists of a Sequence Batch Reactor wastewater treatment system; and will be installed and begin operation of Phase 1 with design flow of 1.5 million gallons per day (MGD). Initial flows are projected to be 0.20 MGD, and by the end of Year 1, flows are projected to reach0.29 MGD. Flows are projected to gradually increase to 1.0 MGD by Year 7 and 1.2 MGD by Year 9. The WVWRF will be constructed in phases with ultimate “build-out” capacity of up to 20 MGD.",https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/2019029091/4,Mission Springs Water District West Valley Water Reclamation Program,Cedric S.
