The project includes hydrostatic testing of three segments Gas Line 301A (L-301A) and replacement of a 970 foot section of L-301A. The hydrotesting will require multiple excavations ranging in size from 4 foot by 6 foot up to 8 foot by 60 foot along 402 feet of L-301A to isolate the pipeline from taps and other appurtenances, check for the presence of natural gas to ensure that there is none in the pipeline while work is occurring and to provide high point vents to ensure all air is removed from the pipeline as it is filled with water. Test heads will provide access to the inside of the pipeline to allow running a pipeline inspection gauge ""pig"" through the line and to fill and empty the line of cleaning solution and water before and after the hydrotest.",https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/2018068086,Gas Line 301A and 301G Operations and Maintenance Project (Incidental Take Permit No. 2081-2017-060-04),Laura Peterson,"California Department of Fish and Wildlife, Region 4",N/A,,1234 East Shaw Avenue,,Fresno,CA,93710,5592434014,,Hollister,"Monterey, San Benito",,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Statutory Exemption,s: 15269,"Emergency repairs to publicly or privately owned or services facilities necessary to maintain service essential to the public health, safety or welfare.",,,,,,,,,,,,
