The trails will be temporarily closed for recreation. Entrenched trails will be brought back to grade by replacing eroded soil back onto the tread of the trail in a manner that will limit accelerated erosion and the concentration of storm water. Soils will be sourced from the SVRA's sediment basins. Ground disturbance will be limited to dry weather. Heavy equipment will include, but is not limited to, a bulldozer, water truck, and loader. Hand tools may be employed for trail finishing work. Wattles, native seed, straw and/or hydro-mulch will be used to stabilize bare soils. Disturbance to existing vegetation will be minimized as most of the soil placement activity will occur on existing bare soil. An estimated three acres of existing non-native vegetation will be disturbed. An estimated six acres of native grasses and forbs will be planted.",https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/2017108241,Prairie City State Vehicular Recreation Area (SVRA) - Oak Hill Trail Project,Clinton Elsholz,California Department of Parks and Recreation,N/A,,Off-Highway Motor Vehicle Recreation Division,"1725 23rd Street, Suite 200",Sacramento,CA,95816-7100,9254557876,,Folsom,Sacramento,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Categorical Exemption,S: 15301-Class 3,"This project is exempt because it falls within the CE class listed above, maintenance of existing facilities and topographical features.
