The project also would include construction of an on-site detention basin with a capacity of approximately 015-MG; a 20-foot-wide paved access road; and other appurtenances, including a valving structure, electrical service, ad supervisory control and data acquisition communications. The above-ground tank would be approximately 43 feet in height and 73 feet in internal diameter. The on-site access road would connect to the existing Fox Street to the North of the project site. Construction of the proposed project is anticipated to occur over 18 months, to be completed in Dec 2018. Demolition of the existing Orange Tank would take approx. 6 months, and would occur approx. 12 months after construction of the Fox Tank. Earthwork is anticipated to be balanced on site.
