Project activities are limited to construction of three storm drain outfall and dissipater structures to aid distribution of surface runoff from the parcel. Each dissipater measures 5 foot by 20 foot, for a total of 300 square feet (0.007 acre). Each outfall will have an estimated 4 cubic yards of excavation and 4 cubic yards of rip-rap installed, and include 3 catch basins with a 6-inch diameter pipe to conduct runoff water to the dissipaters. Trenches from beyond the break in slope to the locations of the dissipaters will be dug to accommodate the catch basins and 6-inch diameter pipes. Six inches of Class 2 aggregate base material will be placed in the trenches to support the pipes, and the trenches will be backfilled. The dissipaters will be constructed by excavating into the stream bank to key in the rip-rap that will be placed downslope of the pipes.
