The city completed the drilling and initial pump testing of well 22 in 1997. A permanent casing, sanitary seal, and wellhead were installed at that time. The proposed project would upgrade the existing well to offset the shortfall in water supply for the residents and businesses of the city. The proposed project includes the upgrade of the existing well 22 and operation of the pump, wellhead piping, waterlines, and associated infrastructure. Upon completion of the wellhead upgrades, an 8-in diameter PVC waterline would be installed to connect the well to the city's distribution system. The max production rate from the upgraded well would be 325 gallons per minute.",https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/2016121027,Well 22 Upgrade Project,Holly Owen,City of Solvang,N/A,,411 Second Street,,Solvang,CA,93463,8056884414,34°36'18.9"N 120°7'16.3"W,Solvang,Santa Barbara,,Rebild Dr/Kolding Ave,93463,0.25,,246,Santa Ynez River,,No,12/9/2016,1/9/2017,Water Facilities,Site Plan,"Aesthetics, Agriculture and Forestry Resources, Air Quality, Biological Resources, Cultural Resources, Cumulative Effects, Drainage/Absorption, Flood Plain/Flooding, Geology/Soils, Growth Inducement, Hazards & Hazardous Materials, Hydrology/Water Quality, Land Use/Planning, Mineral Resources, Noise, Population/Housing, Public Services, Recreation, Schools/Universities, Septic System, Sewer Capacity, Solid Waste, Transportation, Vegetation, Wetland/Riparian, Wildfire",,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
