The project is limited to three encroachments. One encroachment is for water diversion from Williams Creek. Water is diverted for irrigation and stored in an off-stream reservoir with a spillway that drains towards a nearby stream. Work for the water diversion will include removing the existing water diversion, replacement with new water diversion infrastructure consistent with this Agreement and use and maintenance of the water diversion. The two other proposed encroachments are to upgrade existing culverts. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the existing culverts, replacement with new properly sized culverts, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.",https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/2016112028/322,Diaz Stream Crossings and Remediation Project Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-MEN-29084-R1C,John Herrera,California Department of Fish & Wildlife,Environmental Scientist,john.herrera@wildlife.ca.gov,32330 North Harbor Drive,,Fort Bragg,CA,95437,7076533710,39°50'37"N 123°8'31.9"W,Covelo,Mendocino,Mendocino,approximately 6.6 miles northeast of the town of Covelo,,,032-170-42,,Eel River watershed,,,,,,,,,,,,,California Department Of Fish & Wildlife,No,5/31/2022,No,No,Yes,,Yes,No,No,No,"County of Mendocino 860 N.
