The project is limited to four (4) encroachments. Encroachment 1 (Crossing 1) is for maintenance of an existing 18-inch diameter culvert which outlets to a stream. Work for this encroachment will include removal of accumulated sediment and debris in and adjacent to the culvert. In addition, road improvements will hydrologically disconnect the road from the stream. Encroachment 2 (Crossing 2) is to remove an undersized 12-inch diameter culvert and associated fill on an unused road. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, removal of the existing culvert, recontouring the stream channel, and placing appropriate and adequate erosion control. Encroachment 3 is to remove a structure, all associated development, potting soil and sediment from a stream, and for placement of erosion control measures. Encroachment 4 is to remove unstable perched fill, and stabilize slope with adequate and appropriate erosion control measures.",https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/2016112028/200,Diaz Stream Crossings and Remediation Project Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-MEN-29084-R1C,Angela Liebenberg,Department of Fish and Wildlife Northern Region,N/A,,619 Second Street,,Eureka,CA,95501,7079644830,,,Mendocino,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,CDFW,No,10/8/2020,No,No,Yes,,Yes,No,No,No,Available to the general public at the office location listed above for the Lead Agency.
