One encroachment is for water diversion from a seasonal spring on an unnamed tributary to Doolin Creek. Water is diverted for domestic use and irrigation. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. Point of diversion is on APN 157-080-03. Place of use is at APN 157-080-04. The other proposed encroachment is the installation of a new 50-foot-long engineered steel bridge at a former bridge location (removed 2010, LSAA # 1600-2011-0248-R1). The bridge is part of an easement to access APN 157-080-04 which is also the place of use for the water diversion. The bridge will be installed upon pre-cast concrete and rebar abutments. Work for the project will involve removing vegetation (including one 18” DBH tan oak tree), placement of temporary fill in the channel, excavation, placement of the new bridge, backfilling, compacting, and erosion control techniques as necessary to minimize erosion.",https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/2016112028/191,Diaz Stream Crossings and Remediation Project Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-MEN-29084-R1C,John Herrera,Department of Fish and Wildlife Northern Region,N/A,,619 Second Street,,Eureka,CA,95501,7079629044,,Ukiah,Mendocino,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,CDFW,No,7/24/2020,No,No,Yes,,Yes,No,No,No,Available to the general public at the office location listed above for the Lead Agency.
