The Amendment of the Streambed Alteration Agreement involves a project description change, impact reduction and additional conservation measures. The changes in project description consists of: the removal of basin grading, a reduction in grading of basin side slopes; a reduction of placement of ¼ ton rip-rap below existing two basin inlets from eight inlets. The project will result in 0.16 acre of permanent impacts and 4.65 acres of temporary impacts to streambed.
