Rather, employees will visit the site on an as-needed basis to conduct routine maintenance between the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The proposed facilities will been closed by chain-link security fencing that will be six feet in height, topped with two feet of barbed-wire.
