To accommodate current and future flows, the District is proposing to install an approximately 8,360-foot-long, 8- to 15-inch gravity sewer main to replace the existing 9,225-foot-long, 10 inch sewer main. The proposed 8- to 15-inch sewer main would be installed by open trench excavation and horizontal auger boring. The existing 10 inch sewer pipeline would be abandoned in place, except for a 210-foot-long section of aboveground pipeline and seven supporting pillars that would be removed. In locations where the new alignment departs from the 10 inch pipe alignment, the manholes on the existing alignment would be abandoned.",https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/2015071048,Campo Road Sewer Replacement Project,Lisa Coburn-Boyd,Otay Water District,N/A,,2554 Sweetwater Springs Boulevard,,Spring Valley,CA,91978-2004,6196702222,32°44'40"N 116°57'23"W,,San Diego,,Campo Road (SR 94) between Avocado Boulevard and Jamacha Road,91941,2,,SR 94 and 54,Sweetwater River,,Yes,7/17/2015,8/17/2015,Other,,"Aesthetics, Agriculture and Forestry Resources, Air Quality, Biological Resources, Cultural Resources, Cumulative Effects, Drainage/Absorption, Flood Plain/Flooding, Geology/Soils, Growth Inducement, Hazards & Hazardous Materials, Hydrology/Water Quality, Land Use/Planning, Mineral Resources, Noise, Population/Housing, Public Services, Recreation, Schools/Universities, Sewer Capacity, Solid Waste, Transportation, Vegetation, Wetland/Riparian, Wildfire",,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
