A five-foot wide Class II bike lane would be constructed along both sides of Murrieta Road. New sidewalk, curb, and gutters would be installed along the west side of Murrieta Road between Dale Street and Patriot Lane, between Mildred Street and Crystal Creek Road, and between Neuvo Road and the existing bridge over the Line ""J"" Storm Channel. New sidewalk would also be installed on Dale Street between Murrieta Road and Wilson Avenue. New access ramps would be installed as a component of new sidewalk installation throughout the project area. The proposed project would also involve installation of a traffic signal and intersection improvements at Nuevo Road, construction of a new 10-foot wide pedestrian/bicycle slab bridge over the existing Metz Storm Channel at Patriot Lane which is concrete lined, and installation of new steel beams to the existing bridge over the Line ""J"" Storm Channel to support a suspended new bike trail. No work would occur in the channel or otherwise impact the embankments. Appropriate easements and permits will be retained with Riverside County Flood Control District to allow the trail and bicycle lane improvements within land owned by RCFCD.",https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/2015061072/2,ATP - Murrieta Road Improvement,Kenneth Phung,City of Perris,N/A,,135 North D Street,,Perris,CA,92570-1998,951 943 5003 x257,,Perris,Riverside,,"Along Murrieta Road from San Jacinto Avenue to the Line ""J"" Storm Channel, including Dale Street",92571,2.21,,Hwy 215,,MARB,No,,,Other,,Noise,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
