On-street parking and sidewalk to the trail is also proposed along the western side of the Top of the World Drive. The current trail connection is very steep and significantly erodes as a result of lack of structural stabilization. The pathway would be constructed of varying materials, including decomposed granite, asphalt, and or concrete, and would follow existing hillside contours with minimal excavation. The material selection would accommodate bicyclists, pedestrians, students and strollers with erosion control and drainage reinforcement. To improve adjacent residential privacy, native landscape species would be used to screening along the pathway.",https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/2014101001,Top of the World Pathway,Wade Brown,City of Laguna Beach,N/A,,505 Forest Avenue,,Laguna Beach,CA,92651,9494970360,32°32'34"N 117°45'11"W,Laguna Beach,Orange,,Top of the World Drive and Alta Laguna Boulevard,92651,.17,641-431-08 & 10; 641-441-07,Hwy 1,Pacific Ocean,,No,10/1/2014,10/30/2014,Recreational,"Coastal Permit, Use Permit","Aesthetics, Air Quality, Biological Resources, Cultural Resources, Geology/Soils, Hazards & Hazardous Materials, Hydrology/Water Quality, Land Use/Planning, Mineral Resources, Noise, Population/Housing, Public Services, Recreation, Transportation",,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
