The new bridge would be a 2-span, cast in place conventionally reinforced concrete box girder bridge structure, with two abutments with retaining walls, and one pier in the river channel. The new structure would carry two lanes of traffic on approximately the same horizontal alignment. The bridge would pass over the Napa River at a higher elevation (approximately 3 feet higher) to meet current hydraulic design standards. The road approaches on either side of the bridge would be widened and raised. The west road approach would be about 293 feet long and the east approach would be about 261 feet long. Once the bridge portion of the Proposed Project is complete the river channel and banks would be re-graded to accommodate fish passage during low flows and rock slope protection would be installed on both channel banks to protect the bridge abutments from scour and erosion. Other Project elements include modification to an existing culvert and two private driveways, and traffic safety features such as bridge rails and guardrails.",https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/2014062013,Napa River Restoration: Oakville to Oak Knoll Project,Mallika Ramachandran,Napa County,N/A,,"1195 Third Street, Room 101",,Napa,CA,94559,7072598194,,Yountville,Napa,,Oakville Cross Road,94559,1.63,"031020007, 031040026, 031080008",Hwy 29,Napa River,No,No,6/5/2014,7/7/2014,Transportation,Grading Permit,"Aesthetics, Agriculture and Forestry Resources, Air Quality, Cultural Resources, Cumulative Effects, Drainage/Absorption, Flood Plain/Flooding, Geology/Soils, Growth Inducement, Hazards & Hazardous Materials, Hydrology/Water Quality, Land Use/Planning, Mineral Resources, Noise, Population/Housing, Public Services, Recreation, Schools/Universities, Septic System, Solid Waste, Transportation, Vegetation, Wetland/Riparian, Wildfire, Wildlife",,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
