Temporary air quality monitoring stations will be used at 11 sites and be fenced with above ground security fencing within a 14 foot x 14 foot area. Hay bales and additional speed limit signs will be installed at specific sites. A sea container, high water tank, and equipment will be placed within the maintenance facility at the Toner site.
