The repair work will be within the County road right-of-way. The repair will include sealing the deteriorated floor of existing CMP with concrete. A concrete truck and pumper truck will be used to pump concrete through a hose into the pip. A worker will enter the culvert from the inlet and smooth the concrete with a towel as he works his way through the culvert to the other side. Sand bags will be placed at the culvert outlet into the catch basin to prevent concrete from escaping beyond the repair area. All heavy equipment will be operated from the road and roadway shoulder. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2013-0373-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.,https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/2014028136,Sand Hill Road Culvert Repair Project,Suzanne DeLeon,"California Department of Fish and Wildlife, Region 3",N/A,,7329 Silverado Trail,,Napa,CA,94558,8314409433,,Woodside,San Mateo,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Categorical Exemption,"S:15301, Class 1",Project includes repair of the existing culvert with no expansion or change of use of the culvert.,,,,,,,,,,,,
