No. 1 to CESA ITP No. 2081-2019-060-04,NOD,7/15/2022,7/15/2022,"The Project, as approved by the CDFW, consists of a Minor Amendment No. 1 to the ITP. This Project involves reconstructing a road segment of Millerton Road, located between its intersections with Winchell Cove Road and Sky Harbor Road, from a two-lane rural roadway to a four-lane arterial roadway with four 12-foot-wide travel lanes, two 6-foot-wide paved shoulders that would function as bike lanes, and 4-foot-wide treated dirt shoulders. A 16-foot-wide median would separate the eastbound and westbound traffic. The Project as authorized in the ITP will result in permanent impacts to 1.07 acres of California tiger salamander (Ambystoma californiense) habitat. The Project is expected to result in incidental take of California tiger salamander which is designated as a threatened species under CESA. Minor Amendment No. 1 updates contact information, extends the expiration date, and extends the deadline in which to complete the compensatory mitigation obligations and is not expected to result in an increase in incidental take of California tiger salamander. The ITP referenced above as issued by CDFW authorizes incidental take of species listed under CESA that may occur as a result of Project implementation.",https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/2013101092/4,Millerton Road Widening Project,Crystal Sinclair,CDFW,Environmental Scientist,crystal.sinclair@wildlife.ca.gov,1234 East Shaw Avenue,,Fresno,CA,93710,5592434005,,,Fresno,Fresno,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,CDFW,No,7/14/2022,No,No,Yes,,Yes,Yes,No,No,The Mitigated Negative Declaration prepared by the lead agency for the Project is available to the general public at the office location listed above for the lead agency.
