The need for the proposed action is to comply with the DBCRA and to provide the local community the opportunity for economic development and job creation. The Navy has considered in its FEIS two alternatives and a No Action Alternative. Under Alternative 1, approx 70% of the property would be maintained as conservation, parks, or recreational land uses, and 30% would be mixed use development. Two major conservation areas proposed include a 2,537 acre regional park, which would encompass the east side of the property along the ridgeline of Los Medanos Hills, and the Mt Diablo Creek corridor. Alternative 2 represents a smaller development footprint, increased residential development, and a higher intensity of use overall.",https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/2013032045/3,Disposal and Reuse of the Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach Detachment Concord,Erica Spinelli,Department of the Navy (DOD),N/A,,"33000 Nixie Way, Bldg 50",,San Diego,CA,92147,6195245096,,Concord,Contra Costa,,Port Chicago Highway and SR 4,94520,5038,,"SR 4, SR 242","Suisun Bay, Mt.
