All replacement facilities are located in the Community of Tranquility under the existing Fresno County Roads of James, Silvieria, Daniels and Randolph. The single pipeline will be placed in essentially the same location as 4, 6, & 8-inch or multiple side by side existing pipelines, being approximately 1-foot away from the existing pipeline(s) which will be abandoned in place. The project is being constructed to replace existing aged asbestos-cement pipelines that have exceeded or are near their service life, that contain a biofilm (slime) on the inside pipe surface that is impractical and uneconomical to remove in other ways, and that have repeated leaks which require consistent maintenance and repair.",https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/2013018121,Tranquility Irrigation District Domestic Pipeline Slime Removal,Danny Wade,Tranquility Irrigation District,N/A,,P.O.
