From the drain, a 12-inch diameter steel pipe will be installed under the parking lot for 120 feet, where it will outlet near an unnamed ephemeral channel east of the rest area. On the upper level a 16-foot long, 6-inch wide grate-covered trough and an 8"" diameter steel pipe will be installed to drain ponding water. Maximum excavations will be 30 inches in depth.
