A 45 to 50' wood and steel bridge would be built to span the Jones Fork of Silver Creek, replacing the current wet creek crossing (where vehicles drive through the creek). ~0.5 miles of new trail would be constructed to connect the bridge with the existing trail alignment. Most of the new trail and the bridge would be located on granite outcroppings to minimize vegetation disturbance. The project purpose is to reduce sediment delivery to the creek while still providing for a high quality motorized trail experience. The project would also restore 0.4 mile of trail to be abandoned and create a 2-3 car parking area in a disturbed area south of the creek.",https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/2012092017/2,Eldorado National Forest Barrett Lake 4WD Trail Bridge Development,George MacDougall,California Department of Parks and Recreation,N/A,,OHMVR Division,"1725 23rd Street, Suite 200",Sacramento,CA,95816,9163243788,38°51'17"N 38°51'58"W,,El Dorado,,Highway 50 and Wright's Lake Road (site is approx. ten miles from intersection on WLRd),95726,1,various,No,Jones Fork of Silver Creek,No,,,,,,,,,,,,"CA Parks & Rec., OHMVR Division ",Yes,10/30/2012,No,No,Yes,,Yes,,No,Yes,CDPR - OHMVR Division Headquarters
